Italian Cappuccino Coffee

Classic Italian cappuccino made with espresso, steamed milk and milk foam. Typically has one shot of espresso and about 85 ml of milk, foamed.

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) milk
  • Pinch cinnamon


Prepare espresso as per your espresso machine guidelines or with a Moka Pot espresso maker. Pour espresso in a large cup.

Steam and froth milk as per your espresso machine guidelines (reaching approx. 65C). Alternatively, put milk in a microwavable cup and heat for approx. 45 seconds to 1 minute (do not let milk boil). Use hand-handle frother to froth milk.

Pour foamed milk onto espresso and spoon extra foam on top.
