Lemon Marinated Feta Cheese and Olives

  • 6 oz (200 g) diced Canadian Feta
  • 2 oz (60 g) small black olives
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs to taste
  • Chopped roasted red bell peppers

Combine diced Canadian Feta, small dark olives, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and herbs to taste. Add chopped roasted red peppers for a festive look.
