This is the Lemon Marinated Feta Cheese and Olives recipe.

- 6 oz (200 g) diced Canadian Feta
- 2 oz (60 g) small black olives
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Chopped roasted red bell peppers
Combine diced Canadian Feta, small dark olives, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and herbs to taste. Add chopped roasted red peppers for a festive look.
Pack into jars, making sure the cheese is covered with the marinade, and refrigerate.
Wrap jar in a pretty new cloth and tie with a ribbon.
