Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh boiled corn
  • ½ cup (125 ml) shaved ice
  • 4 teaspoons (20 ml) Canadian sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) Canadian evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) corn flakes cereal
  • 1 scoop of Canadian vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Boil the corn in salted water (if the corn is raw). After the corn is boiled, refrigerate it for an hour.

Shave your ice so it's ready.

Now let’s layer all the ingredients in a bowl). Layer 1 - Add half of the boiled corn kernels.

Layer 2 - Add half of the shaved ice over the corn. Don’t pack it in, keep it fluffy.

Layer 3 - Drizzle 2 teaspoons of Canadian condensed milk over shaved ice.

Layer 4 - Pour in 2 tablespoons of Canadian evaporated milk.

Repeat Layers 1 to 4.

Top it with a layer of corn flakes and Canadian vanilla ice cream
