- 1 baguette cut in 4
- 1 cup (250 mL) Canadian Cottage cheese
- 10 oz (300 g) Black Forest ham sliced thin
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- Hot mustard
- Fresh coriander chopped

Preparation
Cut baguette chunks in half lengthwise. Spread bottom halves with Canadian Cottage cheese and layer with ham, kiwis and onion slices.
Spread top halves with mustard. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh coriander.
