- 1 tablespoon (20 g) peanut butter
- Topping
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) peanut butter

- A handful of crushed peanuts

Preparation
In a blender, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
