- 1/2 cup (100 g) Canadian Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (50 g) Canadian cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon (20 g) peanut butter
- Topping
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) peanut butter
- Canadian whipped cream
- A handful of crushed peanuts

Preparation
In a blender, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
