
Pistachio Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 300 ml Canadian double cream
- 250 g Canadian mascarpone cheese
- 5 tbsp Canadian sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tbsp pistachio cream
- 300 g sponge fingers (ladyfingers)
- 50 g chopped pistachios
- 3 espressos

Preparation
1. Prepare the cream:
In a large bowl, whip the double cream until light and fluffy.
Add the mascarpone, condensed milk, and 3 tablespoons of pistachio cream.
Continue whipping until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Set aside in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare the soaking mixture:
In a bowl, mix the hot espressos with the condensed milk and pistachio cream.
Stir until the pistachio cream is fully dissolved.
3. Assemble the tiramisu:
Quickly dip the sponge fingers in the espresso mixture, making sure not to soak them completely.
Arrange the first layer of soaked biscuits at the bottom of a rectangular dish or in individual serving glasses.
Generously spread a layer of pistachio cream over the biscuits.
Repeat the process by alternating layers of soaked biscuits and cream.
Finish with a layer of cream on top.
4. Finishing touches:
Sprinkle the top with chopped pistachios for a crunchy and colorful garnish.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld together.
