Need a little pick-me-up? Here's the perfect fall recipe! This Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew is a homemade take on the famous Pumpkin Spice latte, with cold-brew coffee blended with pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and quality Canadian milk.

Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) Canadian milk
  • 7.5 ml (½ tbsp) pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 ml (¼ tsp) cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of ginger
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup

Preparation

To make this Pumpkin Spice-style cold brew, all you have to do is start by pouring your favourite cold brew coffee or espresso over ice.

Then, in a mug, add the milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and maple syrup, and steam with a milk frother or steamer until frothy.

To finish, simply pour over your coffee. This is a delicious way to spend a coffee break: the perfect fall recipe in a mug!
