Rosemary Butter Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) dry pasta
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) Canadian butter, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 cup (250 ml) Canadian milk
- ½ cup (125 ml) Chicken stock
- 1 Fresh lemon
- ½ cup (125 ml) Canadian Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Cook 2 cups of pasta in salted boiling water for 8–10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of Canadian butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, onion, and 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary for 3–4 minutes, or until fragrant and softened.
Add Canadian milk, chicken stock, and the juice of ½ a lemon. Reserve the other lemon half as garnish. Stir well and simmer for 5–7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with 2 more tablespoons of Canadian butter and the grated Canadian Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and lemon slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
