Ingredients

  • ½ of an apple
  • 4 cups (1000 ml/1 L) club soda
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) rose syrup
  • 4 scoops (2 cups / 500 ml) Canadian vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Dice half an apple into tiny pieces and distribute them equally among four serving glasses.

Pour a cup of club soda into each glass, followed by 1 tsp of rose syrup.

Then add one scoop of Canadian vanilla ice cream into each glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips

  • Serve the drinks first and then stir each in front of your guests. The drink will fizz and change into a delightful vanilla white colour.
