- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sweet Potato Cooked and Chilled
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Flax Seeds Ground
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) Vanilla Extract
