Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 g) Canadian Blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) graham crumbs
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh mint chopped
  • 8 Medjool dates

Preparation

Mix Blue cheese with graham crumbs and fresh mint.

Make a lengthwise incision in each date. Remove pits.

Stuff dates with Blue cheese mixture.
