Inspired by a traditional Hungarian specialty, you wouldn't guess this tasty spread had Feta in it. Great on crusty wholegrain bread with your favourite soup or salad.

- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Cottage cheese
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup (60 to 80 mL) crumbled Canadian Feta
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) paprika
- 1 green onion finely chopped
Purée Feta and Cottage cheese together in food processor. Then stir in paprika and onion and mix well. Refrigerate one hour to let flavours blend and enjoy.
