- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 12-16 small tangerine segments or clementine segments
- 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Bocconcini cheese thinly sliced
- Vegetable oil
- Red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander

Preparation
Divide lettuce among 4 individual salad bowls. Add onion slices and tangerine segments. Top with Canadian Bocconcini cheese. Sprinkle with oil and red wine vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately.
