Tomato and Feta Cheese Salad with Basil
This is the Tomato and Feta Cheese Salad with Basil recipe.

Ingredients
- Fresh watercress rinsed and patted dried
- 4 tomatoes quartered
- Pepper to taste
- 3 oz (90 g) Canadian Feta cheese crumbled
- 12 Greek olives any variety
- Basil Dressing
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) chopped fresh basil
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Arrange watercress leaves on serving plate. Top with tomato slices. Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Basil Dressing and garnish with Canadian Feta cheese and olives. Serve immediately.
Basil Dressing:
In blender, process all ingredients until dressing is smooth. Pepper to taste.
