Ingredients
- 1 box (2 sheets / 450g) puff pastry, thawed
- 9 slices prosciutto, cut in half
- 2 cups (500 ml) shredded Canadian cheese (Habanero and Cheddar blend recommended)
- 1 sprig of Rosemary, finely minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Canadian milk
- Cooking spray greasing the muffin pan

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray
Slice each puff pastry sheet into 9 uniform pieces and place each square into a muffin tin, gently pressing the bottom to the edge of the tin.
Layer the halved prosciutto and Canadian shredded cheese equally in each well with the puff pastry, adding a bit of minced rosemary on top.
Beat together the egg with Canadian milk and brush any exposed puff pastry with the egg wash.
Bake the puff pastry bites for 25 to 27 minutes.
Let cool in the muffin tin for 2 to 3 minutes before removing.
Serve and enjoy!
