Preparation

Vanilla cake

Prepare and bake the cake mix according to package instructions.

Canadian Mascarpone Frosting

In a bowl, use an electric mixer to whisk all the ingredients together until they reach a dense and creamy texture.

Cake pop

Crumble the cooled cake in a large bowl until it becomes fine crumbs.

Add the frosting.

With hands, mix until it forms a compact and sticky dough (if too sticky, place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes).

Form cake balls with hands and place them on a large plate.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

Dip a lollipop stick into the melted white chocolate and insert it into the center of the cake ball.

Smooth out any excess chocolate around the stick and repeat the process for all the cake pops.

Dip the entire cake ball into the melted white chocolate, then remove and twirl to shed any excess.

Immediately decorate with sprinkles and other sugar decorations.

Then place the cake pop on a cake pop stand.
