- 2 cups (500 mL) 10 % cream
- 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
- 4 oz (120 g) white chocolate finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract

Preparation
Heat cream and milk in saucepan at medium-high heat, until steaming. Stir in white chocolate until all pieces are melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour into mugs and serve immediately.
