Yogurt Parfait - DIY Snack box
Here's a non-boring, healthy breakfast or snack idea you can take on the go! Take your homemade parfait to work or school in your lunchbox, and assemble it in a minute when you're ready to enjoy it. You'll need a lunch box with multiple compartments, such as a bento box.
Strawberry yogurt and chocolate milk are full of protein, and adding fruit and nuts will give you plenty of energy to get you through the day. This healthy, lunchbox-ready snack is perfect for kids and adults, and can be customized with your favourite fruits, nuts, and toppings.
Tip: Prepare a few servings ahead of time for a quick, healthy breakfast to grab on the way out the door!

- 250 ml (1 cup) strawberry yogurt made from 100% Canadian milk
- 60 ml (¼ cup) granola & nuts
- 60 ml (¼ cup) chopped strawberries and blackberries
- A small bottle of 100% Canadian chocolate milk
