Raise a Glass this World Milk Day!
Join Dairy Farmers of Canada on June 1st as we raise a glass in celebration of the 2019 World Milk Day!
World Milk Day celebrates the important contributions of the global dairy sector in providing safe and nutritious food to consumers, and to highlight the sustainable, responsible and caring practices of our producers.
Leading up to June 1st, the celebrations start early with the #EnjoyDairy Rally from May 29 - May 31. On those days, the global campaign will respectively focus on three themes: 1) Nutrition, 2) Community and 3) Enjoyment of dairy.
There are two easy ways for you to join in on the celebrations!
- Share a photo/video of you raising a glass of milk on your Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook channels. When doing so, don’t forget to include #WorldMilkDay and #EnjoyDairy in your content!
- You may also simply share the content Dairy Farmers of Canada will post on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
World Milk Day is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of dairy products to Canadians and the contributions of the Canadian dairy industry. I look forward to celebrating with you on June 1st!
