Small Blueberry Skyscrapers

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) regular instant rolled oats uncooked
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) water
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) 2% M.F. Cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Quark cheese
- 4 tsp (20 mL) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh blueberries

Preparation
What adults can prepare:
Add 3/4 cup (175 mL) water to 1/3 cup (75 mL) rolled oats. Cook oatmeal in the microwave for 2 minutes or until cooked. Refrigerate.
What children can do :
Place 1 tablespoon (15 mL) Cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon (15 mL) Quark cheese in the bottom of four transparent glasses.
With the help of an adult, measure 1 teaspoon (5 mL) maple syrup and pour into each glass.
With the help of an adult, pour 1 to 2 drops vanilla extract into a small spoon, then pour into each glass.
Using a small spoon, thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Measure 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of oatmeal and place on top of the cheese mixture in each glass.
Using a small spoon, spread the oatmeal to cover the cheese mixture.
Add 1/4 cup (60 mL) blueberries on top of the oatmeal.
Serve.Enjoy!
Tips
Variations: Replace blueberries with other fruit in season, or with frozen or canned fruit (preserved in its own juice).
