- 3 oz (90 g) pâté to taste
- 3 oz (90 g) Canadian Blue cheese sliced
- 12 (approx.) fresh red grapes cut in rounds

Spread pâté onto each slice of bread.
Top with the Blue cheese and grapes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
