Sensational Salmon Duo with Swiss Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of fresh salmon about 180 g (6 oz) each
- 4 Ultra-Moist Hamburger Buns (regular or with sesame) toasted
- 6 oz (180 g) Swiss cheese sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) baby spinach
- 8 oz (250 g) smoked salmon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Aioli
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) light mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) light sour cream
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 mL) finely chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Preheat the barbecue.
Aioli:
In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and dill. Salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Grill salmon fillets on barbecue for 3 minutes per side until done. Remove from heat and place on toasted buns.
Top with cheese, spinach, aioli and smoked salmon. Salt and pepper to taste then close buns.
