Quick 'n' Easy Nacho Casserole
This casserole is so fast and easy to prepare it will be a definite hit with all ages

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) crushed corn chips
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) salsa
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) cooked ground meat chopped or sliced (chicken, pepperoni, sausage, etc.)
- 1 cup (250 mL) frozen vegetables defrosted
- 1 cup (250 mL) Canadian Mozzarella or Havarti shredded

Preparation
In a large microwave-proof bowl, layer crushed corn chips, salsa, meat and vegetables. Cover with cheese.
Cook in microwave oven for 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from microwave, wait a few minutes before eating (it's really hot!).
Tips
Important: Microwave cooking times vary from one oven to another.
VariationArrange whole corn chips on a large microwave-proof plate and cover chips with various toppings. Top with cheese and cook as above.
Before serving add a dollop of sour cream.
