Quick Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) all-purpose Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Canadian Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cayenne pepper

Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until dough clings together to form a ball.
On a floured surface, gently knead dough and roll out to 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick. Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass. Brush with milk and place on an ungreased cookie pan.
Bake at 450 °F (230 °C) for about 10 minutes. Pack biscuits in festive-looking cardboard or metal containers to offer as gifts.
