Steak Sandwich with Brie

Ingredients
- 4 1/4 lb (125 g) sandwich steaks or thin sirloin steaks
- Dijon mustard
- A dash of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced mushrooms
- 4 submarine buns
- Shredded lettuce
- Red onion rings
- 5 oz (150 g) Canadian Brie cheese sliced

Preparation
Preheat broiler.
Brush steaks with Dijon mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper. In skillet, sauté steaks in oil for 4 minutes on each side, with mushrooms. Remove meat and mushrooms from skillet and set aside.
Pour 2 tbsp (30 mL) of water and some lemon juice in skillet while scraping bottom with a spatula. Set sauce aside.
Slice buns in half lengthwise and reserve top halves. Layer bottom halves with lettuce, onion rings and steaks. Top with mushrooms, reserved sauce and slices of Canadian Brie cheese. Grill in oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
Cover with top lightly grilled halves. Serve immediately with barbecue sauce and pickles.
