Vegetarian Pizza
This is the Vegetarian Pizza recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) quartered marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced patted dry mushrooms
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced onion
- 10 pitted black olives sliced
- of oregano
- 1 cup (250 mL) grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 large tomato sliced

Preparation
Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).
Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions and olives. Season with oregano.
Top pizza with Canadian Mozzarella cheese. Garnish with green pepper and tomato slices. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with flavoured pizza oil.
