Apple 'n' Cheddar Sandwiches
This is the Apple 'n' Cheddar Sandwiches recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) yogurt
- 2 tsp (10 mL) honey
- 8 slices raisin bread or 4 raisin bagels halved
- Leaf lettuce
- 8 oz (250 g) Canadian Cheddar* cheese thinly sliced
- 1 large apple cored, thinly sliced

Preparation
Mix together yogurt and honey. Spread yogurt mixture over one side of each bread slice. Layer lettuce, Canadian Cheddar cheese and apple slices on half the bread slices.
Top with remaining bread slices and cut sandwiches in half to serve.
Tips
* For a change of taste use Canadian Marble cheese, Colby or Monterey Jack cheeses.
