Ingredients

  • 4 bread rolls
  • 3 cups (750 mL) cooked chicken or turkey diced
  • 2/3 cup (160 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) horseradish grated
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) green onion chopped
  • 2/3 cup (160 mL) Canadian Mild Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Slice bread rolls in two lengthways and toast them (in toaster or under grill).

In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients. Save a little grated mild Canadian Cheddar cheese to sprinkle over chicken mixture before placing in oven.

Spread mixture on toasted bread. Bake 6 to 8 minutes until golden in oven preheated to 400 °F (200 °C).
