Curried Pork

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp (5 mL) curry powder
- 1/2 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 1 chicken bouillon cube crushed
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Milk
- 1 container (2 cups) Basic Pork Mixture thawed

Preparation
Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour, curry powder, salt and chicken bouillon cube. Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smoothly thickened and mixture comes to a boil. Add Basic Pork Mixture and heat through.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
