Burrata Salad With Peach And Prosciutto
Freshness, simplicity, and flavour = burrata, peach, and prosciutto salad. This summer salad made with juicy peaches, savoury prosciutto, creamy Canadian burrata, and fragrant basil comes together for a burst of sweet & salty flavours.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) arugula
- 3 yellow peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
- 1 container (226 g) Canadian burrata cheese, or Canadian Bocconcini cheese
- ¼ cup (60 ml) prosciutto, torn into long strips
- ¾ cup (180 ml) fresh basil, chopped
- ½ tsp (3 ml) salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) balsamic glaze

Preparation
Arrange the arugula on a platter.
Top with peaches, prosciutto, burrata and basil.
