Dessert Rice Cakes With Cream Cheese
How do you turn a rice cake into a decadent and delicious snack? Easy! Use cream cheese that displays the Quality Milk logo, fresh raspberry purée, melted chocolate, and sea salt! Dress it up to your preference with honey, blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, or cocoa nibs.

Ingredients
- 1 Rice Cake
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Canadian cream cheese
- Raspberry & Dark Chocolate
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Fresh Raspberries
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp (5 ml) coconut oil
- Sprinkle of Sea Salt
- Blueberry & Pumpkin Seed
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Honey
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Pumpkin Seeds
- Strawberry & Cocoa Nib
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Cocoa Nibs

Preparation
Raspberry & Dark Chocolate
In a bowl, use a fork to mash raspberries.
Spread Canadian cream cheese on your rice cracker, and then spread raspberry mash on top.
Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to the microwave and melt in 20 second intervals until fully melted. Pour or drizzle dark chocolate on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Let the chocolate harden and then serve.
Blueberry & Pumpkin Seed
Spread Canadian cream cheese on your rice cracker.
Drizzle with honey, and top with blueberries and pumpkin seeds.
Strawberry & Cocoa Nib
Spread Canadian cream cheese on your rice cracker.
Top with strawberries and cocoa nibs.
