Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) heavy or whipping (35%) Canadian cream
  • 1 can (10 fl. oz./300 mL) sweetened condensed Canadian milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup (250 mL) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped peanuts

Preparation

In medium bowl, using electric mixer, beat cream until stiff peaks form.

In small bowl, stir together condensed milk and chocolate syrup. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream.

Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanuts. Transfer to parchment paper-lined 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan. Freeze overnight or until firm.

Tips
