Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 g) gelatin powder
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • ½ cup (80 g) Canadian sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chai spices

Preparation

In a pan, prepare the gelatine and water, according to the instructions on the packaging.

Add sweetened condensed milk, coffee and chai spices. Whisk to combine.

Bring to a boil or until gelatin has completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into each cavity of the silicone mould.

Place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours to set.
