Sheridan Ingalls

Sheridan Ingalls is a stay-at-home mom of three in the Eastern Canadian city of Halifax, in Nova Scotia. She grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, but fell in love with the Maritimes after completing her schooling there at Acadia University in a town called Wolfville. When Sheridan started dating her now-husband, Matt, she immediately drove to Nova Scotia so that the two could begin their lives together — she had already fallen in love with the province and knew she would be happy settled by the ocean.

Sheridan is an elementary school teacher by trade, but after giving birth to her eldest daughter, Kaia, she decided to stay at home and watch her little ones grow. Her love for dairy started at a young age when her dad would bring her and her brother for ice cream on the way to their cottage. The family would stop at a little ice cream shop between Ottawa and Quebec City, and would watch the cars drive by from a picnic table. These memorable summer nights will always hold a special place in Sheridan’s heart, just like her love for dairy.
