Air Fryer Mozzarella Cubes

Who doesn’t love Mozzarella sticks? Whether you’re looking for quick dinner ideas for tonight or a summer appetizer for a get together, they’ll be a hit. Try this elevated version: in this novel-but-still-easy recipe, the classic sticks get revamped into cubes (read: perfectly golden bites that will melt in your mouth), and the deep fryer is swapped for an air-fryer (for a treat that’s a little bit lighter but equally flavorful and crunchy, and is also easier—and not as messy!—to make).

What’s more, these air-fried Mozzarella Cubes are filled with delicious Mozzarella cheese made with 100% Canadian milk. This tasty and easy recipe is sure to claim the top spot in your favorite appetizers this summer.
