Ingredients
- 15 slices of mortadella rolled up
- 1 cup (250 mL) choice of marinated olives
- 1 cup (250 mL) marinated bell peppers
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sun-dried tomatoes preserved in oil
- 12 slices of prosciutto rolled up
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) marinated octopus chunks
- 12 sardines in tomato sauce
- 1 cup (250 mL) marinated artichoke hearts
- 6 fresh ripe figs cut in 4
- Drained capers
- of Canadian Parmesan cheese
- Anchovy fillets in oil
- Choice of marinated vegetables
- Freshly ground pepper
- Lemon segments
- of crusty bread

Preparation
In large serving platter, arrange all ingredients. Season to taste with pepper.
Garnish with lemon segments. Serve with slices of crusty bread.
