- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 egg
- ½ cup (125 g) Canadian shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup (125 g) Canadian shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash and mix the avocado, egg, and cheeses with a fork until well combined.
