Baked Ham and Egg Cup

This is the Baked Ham and Egg Cup recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 large slice of ham
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) spinach or aragula
  • 2 oz (60 g) mushrooms sautéed
  • 1 oz (30 g) Canadian Havarti shredded
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C).

Place slice of ham in mini-casserole dish, covering bottom and sides completely. Add remaining ingredients including Havarti cheese and bake in the oven until desired doneness of the egg is reached.

Tips

Remove the egg from the refrigerator 15–20 minutes before cooking.
