This is the Balsamic glaze recipe.

- Cooking: 5 min - 8 min
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
In a small saucepan, mix vinegar and sugar.
Bring to a boil and reduce by half or until a caramel consistency is reached.
Pour into a bowl and let cool. The glaze will become thicker as it cools.
