Ingredients

  • Banana Breakfast Booster
  • 2 1/2 cups (750 mL) Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium banana quartered
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • Strawberry Starter
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced frozen strawberries thawed
  • Pineapple-Grapefruit Lift
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen sweetened grapefruit juice concentrate thawed
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
  • Wake-Up Shake-Up
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) drained sliced canned peaches
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

Preparation

Combine ingredients for each drink in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
