
Bocconcini and prosciutto brochettes

Ingredients
- 8 Canadian Bocconcini
- 8 large slices of prosciutto or ham
- 1 green zucchini cut into rounds
- 1 red bell pepper cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Wrap each Bocconcini with a slice of prosciutto.
Thread each onto a skewer, alternating with vegetables.
Cook the brochettes on the barbecue for 3–5 minutes. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and serve as an appetizer.
Note:
You can also make mini Bocconcini brochettes, to serve as hors d’oeuvres, by using cocktail-size Bocconcini.
