  • 8 Canadian Bocconcini
  • 8 large slices of prosciutto or ham
  • 1 green zucchini cut into rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Wrap each Bocconcini with a slice of prosciutto.

Thread each onto a skewer, alternating with vegetables.

Cook the brochettes on the barbecue for 3–5 minutes. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and serve as an appetizer.
