Borgonzola Canapés (Tartine al Borgonzola)

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) softened butter
- 1 1/3 lb (600 g) Canadian Borgonzola cheese diced
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 baguettes thinly sliced
- Stuffed olives cut in halves
- Red bell peppers in oil minced

Preparation
In food processor, or blender, beat butter and Canadian Borgonzola cheese, until smooth. Add parsley, pepper, lemon juice and gently mix.
Spread baguette slices with cheese mixture. Season with freshly ground pepper. Garnish with half olives and red bell pepper. Serve immediately.
