Burrata Salad With Peach And Prosciutto

Freshness, simplicity, and flavour = burrata, peach, and prosciutto salad. This summer salad made with juicy peaches, savoury prosciutto, creamy Canadian burrata, and fragrant basil comes together for a burst of sweet & salty flavours.

Yields 6 servings


  • 1 cup (250 ml) arugula
  • 3 yellow peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
  • 1 container (226 g) Canadian burrata cheese, or Canadian Bocconcini cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) prosciutto, torn into long strips
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ tsp (3 ml) salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) balsamic glaze
