Camembert and Almond Fondue

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) Canadian Camembert cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- Bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely crushed almonds
- Vegetable oil

Preparation
Cut Canadian Camembert cheese in 24 slices. Soak slices in beaten egg and toss in bread crumb and crushed almond mixture, until fully coated. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
Fry over high heat until golden. Drain and serve with a sweet sauce. Serve with lettuce or fresh vegetables. Garnish with orange slices.
