- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian Mild Cheddar shredded
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) cooked ham thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) bell bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) celery thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honeydew melon thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) cooked noodles cooled
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Chinkiang vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) soy sauce
- 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame seeds toasted
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
