Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian Mild Cheddar shredded
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) cooked ham thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) bell bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) celery thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honeydew melon thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cooked noodles cooled
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Chinkiang vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley

Preparation

Combine all but the last two ingredients.

Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh parsley. Serve.
