
Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (20 g) Canadian butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup (45 g) flour
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp (40 g) hazelnut spread with cocoa
- Decoration :
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) mini chocolate chips
- Canadian ice cream (optional)

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (180°C).
Combine melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and egg yolk in a large bowl. Mix gently until smooth.
Add salt and flour. Mix gently to combine.
Add chocolate chips and mix.
Spread a ball of cookie dough on the bottom and up the sides of a ramekin.
Place a spoonful of chocolate spread over the cookie dough and close with the remaining dough.
Top with additional mini chocolate chips.
Bake for 13 minutes and enjoy!
Tips
Serve with a scoop of ice cream on top for an incredible dessert!
