This recipe is taken from the 1997 Milk Calendar. A super idea for kids’ parties. Decorate with favourite fruits and a drizzle of white chocolate. Really irresistible served with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

- 3/4 cup (180 mL) butter softened
- 2 cups (500 mL) sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) cocoa
- 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking powder
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Line a 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan with foil, folding foil at the rim of the pizza pan to form a 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) collar. Lightly butter foil.
In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk, egg and cocoa. Beat slowly until thoroughly blended. Stir in flour and baking powder. Pour into prepared pan, spreading mixture to edges of pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 min or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter, blending until mixture is completely smooth. Spread evenly over cooled pizza and arrange sliced strawberries on top.
Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave on low power for 1 min. Stir until smooth. Using end of teaspoon, drizzle over strawberries.
Refrigerate pizza for 15 min to allow chocolate glaze and drizzle to set. Cut into slices to serve.
