Preparation

Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, dried onion flakes and pepper.

Place the cream cheese mixture on a large piece of cling film.

Gently press the cheese into the cling film and shape it into a cone (Christmas tree).

Once you get to the desired shape, place the Christmas tree upright on a plate while removing the cling film.

Place the pitted olives randomly on the Christmas tree.

Take some rosemary branches and cut small pieces to insert into the spaces between the olives to make the tree branches.

Add a star to the top of the tree: take a 1-inch-thick piece of cheese (the one of your choice) and use a star-shaped cookie cutter to form a cheese star. Finally, place the star on top of the Christmas tree!

Enjoy with fresh bread or crackers!

Tips

Don't forget to wash and dispose of your plastic film in a recycling bin after use.
