Preparation
Combine yeast, water, wine, and honey. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in butter, salt and half of the flour. Turn mixture out onto counter and knead in remaining flour. Knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in lightly buttered bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about 1 hour or until doubled.
Turn dough out of bowl and press out all the air. Cut dough in half and roll out each piece into 10 x 12-in (25 x 30 cm) rectangle. Place one rectangle on parchment or foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Scatter half of the grapes over dough and sprinkle with half of the sugar. Brush edges of dough with water. Top with second piece of dough, crimping edges to seal. Sprinkle with remaining grapes and sugar.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Bake on middle rack for 25 to 30 minutes or until well browned. Loosen bread from pan with a spatula and slide onto a rack to cool.
