Can you believe it, a no-bake chocolate fudge dessert with only two ingredients? A treat made with chocolate and Canadian cottage cheese. Easy, fast, and 100% delicious.

- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) Canadian cottage cheese (2%)
- ½ cup (125 ml) melted chocolate, plus more for drizzling if desired

Line a small (8x8 inch) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add the Canadian cottage cheese and melted chocolate to a blender. Blend until smooth (the mixture will be very thick).
Pour the chocolate Canadian cottage cheese mixture into the parchment paper-lined baking dish, and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Place in the freezer to harden for about 4 hours.
Once hardened, remove from the freezer and cut into squares.
